Our Story
Founded in 2019 by our head chef, Aurum was born from a belief that dining is not merely sustenance — it is ritual, memory, and quiet celebration.
Our kitchen works with a tight circle of farmers, fishermen, and foragers whose produce changes with the seasons. What arrives on the plate is honest, considered, and deeply connected to the land and sea that surrounds us.
