These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aurum website and the reservation service provided by Aurum Restaurant Ltd. By using our website or submitting a reservation request you agree to these terms.
1. About Us

2. Reservation Requests
Submitting the contact form on our website constitutes a request for a reservation, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us by email or telephone.
We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion. We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
For parties of 8 or more, or for private dining enquiries, please contact us directly by telephone.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 72 hours notice: Full cancellation at no charge.
- 48–72 hours notice: A charge equivalent to 50% of our minimum spend per person may apply.
- Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: A charge equivalent to 100% of our minimum spend per person will apply where a credit card guarantee was taken at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Service Charge
All menu prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. This charge is shared in full among all members of the team who contributed to your experience. You are entitled to ask for the service charge to be reduced or removed.
Prices quoted on our website are indicative and subject to change. The menu in effect on the day of your visit shall apply.
5. Dietary & Allergen Requirements
We endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. However, our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when making your reservation and speak to your server upon arrival. For full allergen information see our Allergen Information page.
6. Dress Code & Conduct
Aurum operates a smart-casual to formal dress code. We respectfully ask that guests do not wear sportswear, flip-flops, or clothing with offensive imagery or language.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or in breach of any applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and logos — is the property of Aurum Restaurant Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of our website or from errors or omissions in its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your visit or reservation shall apply. We recommend you review this page periodically.
