About this dish
Our cheese trolley is curated by our fromager and rotates with the seasons. Expect a selection of six to eight cheeses spanning the full spectrum from fresh and young to aged and powerful — typically including a British territorial, a washed-rind, a soft-ripened, a blue, and at least one exceptional French farmhouse selection. Accompanied by house-made damson chutney, hand-rolled walnut bread baked daily, and an assortment of crackers.
